I would like a “lifetime” odometer for my bike, which CatEye models have a full “lifetime” odometer?

What do you mean by “lifetime”? Any Bike Computer will last for years if you are careful. The batteries will need replacing form time to time. I doubt that any bike computer would last more than 10 years. Eventually, the LCD displays stop working, or the microswitch in the sender will stop working. Often the holder for the head unit wears out if you remove the computer from the bars. Wired units sometimes stop working if the wire breaks.
