Can you use a mountain bike with a Indoor Bike Trainer?

I’m trying to stay in shape though the winter and love riding my bike. Although I’ve not seen many trainers with mountain bikes.

Yes, just get a 26″ (or 29″ depending on what you have) Road slick, there are a few trainer tires but they are not necessary unless you plan on racking up a 100 miles a day.
